Who you are dealing with

LandMode is operated by Eran Kaufman, an individual trading as LandMode. These terms are between you and that operator. Reach a person at support@landmode.app.

What LandMode does

It keeps a record of a job search — applications, the emails you forward to it, interview rounds — and uses AI to read, score, draft and advise against that record. There is a free plan and there are paid plans; the limits on each are published on the pricing page and enforced in the product.

Paid plans and billing

Pro is $9.99 a month and Max is $29.99 a month, charged monthly in advance from the day you subscribe, and renewing each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added where the law requires it and is shown before you pay.

Your purchase is made through a merchant of record. The payment provider is the seller for that transaction: the invoice carries their name, your card details are entered on their pages and never reach LandMode, and they handle tax. That does not change what you get or who supports you — it changes whose name is on the receipt, which you would otherwise discover on a statement.

Changing plan takes effect immediately and the provider adjusts the charge for the time remaining.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like, from the billing page in the app. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and drops to Free after that — cancelling does not cut you off mid-month, and there is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Dropping to Free never deletes anything. Applications and searches above the free limits become read-only rather than disappearing, and you can export the whole workspace as JSON at any time, on any plan.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked, on your first payment. Ask within fourteen days of being charged for the first time and you get all of it back. After that, ask anyway if something went wrong — the full policy is on the refunds page, and nothing in it removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live.

What the AI produces

Every AI output is a draft for you to check. It is generated by a language model and can be wrong — a match score, a rewritten bullet, a company it says is hiring, or advice about an offer. LandMode is designed to show its evidence and to say when it is guessing, but you are responsible for what you send to an employer.

Nothing is ever sent on your behalf. LandMode does not apply to jobs, email recruiters, or contact anyone for you.

The negotiation advice is not legal, financial or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for someone who knows your situation.

What you agree to

Use your own account and your own data. Do not upload someone else's resume or personal details without their say-so. Do not use LandMode to send anything deceptive, or to claim experience you do not have — the product is deliberately built to make that hard, and doing it anyway is on you.

Availability and changes

LandMode is offered without an uptime guarantee. Features can change, and a paid feature will not be removed mid-period without either a replacement or a refund of the unused time. If LandMode shuts down you will be told at the email you signed in with, any paid time remaining is refunded, and export keeps working until the end.

These terms can change. A change that affects what you pay or what you get applies from your next renewal, not retroactively, and you will be told before it takes effect.

Ending it

Delete your account in Settings at any time; deletion is immediate and irreversible. An account used to break these terms can be closed, and any unused paid time is refunded when that happens.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, LandMode is provided as-is and its operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it — including a job you did not get. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
