The short version

LandMode is a pre-alpha tool run by one person. It is free today. It may break, and it may go away. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.

What you can expect from it

No uptime guarantee and no warranty. Features can change or be removed. If LandMode shuts down you will get notice at the email you signed in with, and export will keep working until it does.

What the AI produces

Every AI output is a draft for you to check. It is generated by a language model and can be wrong — a match score, a rewritten bullet, a company it says is hiring, or advice about an offer. LandMode is designed to show its evidence and to say when it is guessing, but you are responsible for what you send to an employer.

Nothing is ever sent on your behalf. LandMode does not apply to jobs, email recruiters, or contact anyone for you.

The negotiation advice is not legal, financial or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for someone who knows your situation.

What you agree to

Use your own account and your own data. Do not upload someone else's resume or personal details without their say-so. Do not use LandMode to send anything deceptive, or to claim experience you do not have — the product is deliberately built to make that hard, and doing it anyway is on you.

Ending it

Delete your account in Settings at any time; it takes effect immediately. Accounts using LandMode to break these terms can be removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, LandMode is provided as-is and its operator is not liable for losses arising from using it — including a job you did not get.
